A Canadian immigration consulting practice built to serve clients well — in Canada, Nigeria, West Africa and across the world.
Pipeline Immigration Consulting maintains offices in both Winnipeg, Canada and Abuja, Nigeria — not as a matter of convenience, but because the firm's founder believes clients on both sides of the Atlantic deserve the same standard of regulated, honest representation. Whether you're applying from Lagos or already living in Manitoba, the process, the pricing, and the professional accountability are the same.

RCIC Membership Number: R511726 — Regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
McCarthy Edokpa is a regulated Canadian immigration consultant and the founder of Pipeline Immigration Consulting, a practice built on a simple conviction: that immigration advice should be honest, verifiable, and held to the same standard as any other regulated profession. Since founding the firm in 2012, McCarthy has built Pipeline into a practice with a genuinely international footprint — anchored by a registered office in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and extended through a second office in Abuja, Nigeria, from which he serves a substantial client base across Nigeria and the wider West African region.
Called to the Nigerian Bar before pursuing his license as a Canadian immigration consultant, McCarthy occupies a distinctive position in the field: a legally trained professional who understands both sides of the immigration relationship — the legal architecture of Canadian immigration law, and the lived experience of navigating a path between two countries. Where many in this industry lead with promises, McCarthy leads with process: written retainer agreements before a single dollar changes hands, trust-held fees released only as work is genuinely completed, and a standing willingness to tell a prospective client the truth — even when the truth is "not yet" — rather than take on an application that was never going to succeed.
As a matter of professional transparency, McCarthy encourages every prospective client to verify his standing directly through the CICC's public register, rather than take any claim of licensing on faith.
Our RCIC is licensed and regulated by the CICC — verifiable on the public register, not just claimed on a website.
Every engagement is governed by a written retainer agreement that sets out scope, fees, and what's separate, before you pay anything.
If you're not eligible right now, we'll tell you directly — along with what would need to change.
McCarthy Edokpa holds an RCIC license and is called to the Nigerian Bar — a dual perspective few firms bring to files spanning both countries.
The same process and pricing apply whether you're working with us from Winnipeg or Abuja.
